Description
Ceramic Vase with traditional reduction burn with ash. This Vase is a decorative piece created by the meeting of a brazilian designer and a crafts master from Metepec, Mexico. The piece’s inspiration is the celebrations and rituals regarding death, the similarities and differences between the brazilian and mexican cultures. It simbolizes the different bodies that separate men from the shadow of death- clay body, vase body, and the ever presence of death that hovers over us.
