Description
New research shows children are spending considerable amounts of time on tech devices, also researchers believe that this phenomenon is linked to overexposure to tech and particularly to online games, although kids can't experience communication, so it makes them feel lonely. As we know that family is the first place where children learn the ability to communicate, interact and relate to other people, we have been inspired by the Lego game, which is mostly a scaled modular furniture set. Family furniture set can be a creative idea as a joint product between parents and children to interact and play between them. Function: Qubi is multi-functional furniture (playful seats/tables) that encourages parents and children to interact not only with each other but also with the product while arranging the set of their own furniture. Unique Properties: What makes Qubi different from other modular furniture, is that it stimulates the child's curiosity and creativity, because of the variety in the design and characteristics of every module in different sets. Qubi furniture includes “Play tunnel” cubes, simple cubes, and tables - box - pillows modules. Each of these types of modules has the ability to be arranged in different ways and create different uses.
