Description
The Ashian Villa project is situated on an island-like plot with access from four directions to the street path, nestled in the foothills of Ayneh Varzan in the Damavand suburb. Our most significant challenge in this project was the site's limitations due to the asymmetrical form of the walls and the land's considerable slope. To tackle this, we started the design project by defining a scenario that included site analysis, client requests, the architectural team's conceptual ideas, and overarching rules. The client's primary requests were for the building to be a landmark in the local context and to make optimal use of the site. The conditions and limitations of the land were among the most influential factors in this process, which we thoroughly examined.
