One of the common problems with decorative products is that they are getting damaged by falling. The design of this incense burner is inspired by the form of a teardrop and has a sign of burning and melting, is designed in two identical shapes but with two self-standing functions, gyroscopic and is rolling . A form that makes it not easy to fall and also stay balance by itself or even be placed on a surface, Two materials with different density and empty spaces cause this stability when standing or rolling Brass and aluminum are used. Brass is heavier than aluminum and this causes stability. This product is designed for stick oud and cone oud. The cone oud is placed hide inside, and the aroma spreads through the void Disrupting the product's stability by the user and returning to its original state can be amazing The Project has been designed in Tehran in 2020. The production is done with multiple 3D software and then it is shaped by metal turning machines and finally polished well. The size of the project is 4.8(W)*4.8(L)*7.2(H) cm And also, in the production process, this design has benefited from workshop research and tests along with various prototypes in order to obtain the best static condition by using different materials, as a result of which aluminum and brass were selected. One of the design challenges was spotting the product in the favorite position that is chosen by the user, and the other was collecting ashes, which was both unraveled by designing a flat and circular plate and creating a small concavity on it.
