Description
This two-story villa with a size of 500 square meters is designed in a garden with a size of 1580 square meters in the city of Kurdan Karaj. The critical feature of this villa is the active and suspended ceiling scattered in the garden. By increasing the thickness of the ceiling, common spaces including stairwells and elevators have been placed. The movement of the ceiling downwards has shaped spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, and the project's main goals. Other main spaces on the ground floor, including the kitchen and living room, are formed in line with the garden and between the hanging boxes.
Company information
Masir Studio was established in 1401 under the management of Ramin Rahmani. The goal of this young team is to have a different attitude towards architecture and discover new solutions according to the needs of contemporary humans.
