Description
This building is more than 50 years old built in 1940s. Ros company is one of the oldest contracting companies established in this building in 70s. After signing the renovation contract, experts of Archetype Brand recognized the Company’s Archetype is Sage which Navy blue is the symbol of it. Our main goal was to show the identity of the company. Implementation in the most optimal state, preserving the originality of Iranian architecture and using the combination of soil and water to evoke a symbol of clay were the other goals. The brick wall and the arches, which were among the values of the building, were visible from under the layers of plaster. By displaying the arches, we also displayed the identity of the Iranian architecture. The exposed facility in the vicinity of arches has created a favorable combination of Iranian architecture and modernity. In some places, the walls were cut to reveal gray bricks. In some parts, handmade tiles were used to preserve the authenticity of Iranian architecture. In order to show the age, a corridor was designed, on one side of which, plants were installed and on the other side, honors of the company were installed. The challenge, considering that the structure was a bearing wall, was to strengthen the walls. Also, four columns were added to the building structure. Finally, all the walls were covered with concrete.
