Description
This project proposes a sustainable coworking space as a sub-brand for a Malaysian coworking company. The proposal introduces IN-SITU, a coworking space under Inspire Coworking Space Malaysia. IN-SITU refers to "on-site,", a term used in the built environment profession, and the project is specifically designed for built-environment professionals. The concept is driven by three key ideas: discovery, inspiration, and collaboration. The space is designed to encourage users to explore, feel inspired, and discover new connections, whether with peers, collaborators, or future partners. Spatial planning and atmosphere support interaction and shared creativity within the coworking environment. At the same time, the project emphasizes sustainability through passive design strategies such a s rainwater harvesting and daylight utilization. These approaches reduce energy consumption and align the project w/ sustainable development goal while creating a comfortable and functional workspace
