"The Breathing Skin" reimagines the Digital Hub as a living organism. It translates digital fluidity into tangible architectural poetry through a zero-energy kinetic facade of parametric Thermo-Bimetal ribbons. Operating off-grid without motors or sensors, this smart material autonomously responds to environmental heat. Under direct sunlight, the metal strips twist 90 degrees, forming an organic matrix of louvers that block solar glare. When temperatures drop, they flatten vertically, welcoming deep daylight. To prioritize human experience, we utilized staggered vertical segmentation, ensuring panoramic views are never obstructed. Generative AI acted as a design assistant via precise prompt engineering. Guiding the algorithm with strict structural and material logic yielded a tectonic, feasible design bridging technology and nature.
