Description
In this project, the first objective of the architecture was to place functions that should be on one level on two levels in such a way that the acoustic and physical communication, and eventually the functionality of separate components, are not disrupted. It was chosen to construct a communication shaft that brings light to the ground floor. the people who entered the second-floor studio, go through the office manager's filter. also the location of the architecture studio needs to have good views and adequate lighting.With two objectives in mind, the facade concept was created. First, the office block should set itself apart from the windows and restrictions of residential facades in the setting of the nearby residential buildings. Second, it shouldn't tear apart the character of a community that is more than 50 years old. This office's objectives are to build a home where architecture is built. Moreover, it is still a long way from commercially active offices with a large clientele.

Moshir was founded by Mojtaba Hooshangian Shirazi in 2008 in Shiraz. This office has designed and implemented more than 45 sports clubs, numerous villas, residential and commercial projects and won many awards at the national and international level.
